How we help
You will note that we don’t openly publicize the dollar amounts of our successes on this website. This is partly a matter of discretion, but also reflects our philosophy that there is intrinsic value in helping an injured person, which is not captured by dollar amounts. Also, every case is different and depends on how the accident happened (liability) and how severe the client’s injuries were (damages). No one receives a large settlement or jury award without being very seriously injured. We will be glad to discuss specific dollar amounts we have obtained for clients, but you must remember that every case is different and it is impossible for any lawyer to make a guarantee as to the outcome of your case. You may assume that in each of the cases below, the client recovered substantial damages.
